'We believe we've been targeted' A family struggles to keep Bon-a-Pita open as one brother undergoes a kidney transplant.

Ali Sobh of Bon-a-Pita bakery and grocery store in a strip mall at Adelaide Street and Southdale Road surveys the storefront where several windows have been broken in the last week. Sobh is worried about people wondering why the family-run store is being vandalized. He says he doesn't have a clue as to why his store is being hit. (MIKE HENSEN, The London Free Press)

We have in Canada 3 levels of governments, federal, provincial and municipal, so is there a need for another level for government?
